Base Compensation: $72K-75K per year, fully paid healthcare benefits.
About the Role
The Merchandise and Technology Coordinator’s role is to maintain our information technology systems and networks while producing sales, providing point-of-purchase and shelf management services. You will get the right product to the right place, at the right time, quantity and price, performing operational, technical and administrative tasks to ensure functionality and efficiency of computer and telecom systems.
As a Merchandise and Technology Coordinator, you must be a critical thinker and problem-solver with great attention to detail. Since end user support and teamwork are important aspects of the role, excellent communication and people skills are required.

Merchandise & Technology Coordinator Primary Job Functions:
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Maximizes customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately in our storefront.
- Produce layout plans for our online storefronts, maintaining store shelves and pulling reports for our Accounting and Business Development teams as needed.
- Liaise with our warehouse partners to ensure the safe transportation and delivery of stock from our manufacturers to our warehouse, and from our warehouse to partners and clients.
- Evaluation and testing of potential storefront and systems tools to be used across DWS.
- Provide technical support or training for systems and networks.
- Act as the link between end users and higher level support.
- Perform storefront and systems troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration.
- Perform system maintenance activities (e.g. Google Drive backups) for the organization, conducting regular audits of our systems and tools, and maintain licenses and upgrade schedules in Flowhaven.
- Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality across the organization.
- Manage our storefront inventory.
- Build and maintain spreadsheets to monitor stock and true cost.
- Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
- Remain up to date with industry’s best practices, conducting research to improve DWS’s systems and workflows.
- Track and maintain documentation in Notion, describing workflows and processes for future-proofing.
- Taking notes in meetings when appropriate, distributing them across the organization to maintain transparency.
- Addressing and coordinating inventory transportation with our warehouse partners.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in merchandising, e-commerce, or comparable experience with networks and systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong listening, presentation and decision making skills.
- Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications; experience in network management and help desk support is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
- Intermediate Excel Knowledge (required)
Nice To Have:
- Advanced Excel Knowledge (writing complex formulae) a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times, but not often.
- Travel may be requested but Dual Wield Studio does not have any plans to do in-person events (or have an in-person office) while the pandemic is in effect.
