2026 marks Dual Wield Studio’s 8th anniversary, and while we’ve been through a LOT of changes over the last couple years both in leadership and in our team, we’re still deeply committed to our core tenet: making things we love for the things we love.

In that spirit--we want to give you a preview of what we’ve been working on behind the scenes, and what all to look forward to in the upcoming year.

Dragon Age

 Dragon Age: Wedge of Destiny Shield Pillow

The Wedge of Destiny Shield Pillow has been looking quite delectable these days and with just a few finishing touches from the manufacturer, the finish line will at last be in sight. We’ll be reaching out to folks who pre-ordered with further updates as they become available! 

 

Dragon Age: The Veilguard Button Up

We’ve worked tirelessly with our manufacturer to create our own button-up shirt base, designed with accessibility and comfortability for all bodies in mind.

That means that any and all button-up shirts we make in the future will be unique to Dual Wield Studio (with custom tech pack design by our very own Heather Panetti), starting with our Dragon Age: The Veilguard Button Up.

Dragon Age: Grey Warden Shield Pillow

Defend yourself from both Darkspawn and discomfort with a shield befitting a Warden. Does it stand a chance against the Wedge of Destiny? A pillow fight may be in order to decide.

Dragon Age: Blue Lyrium Dagger Necklace

Adorn yourself with the ritual dagger made to pierce the veil itself! Solas would probably side-eye the decision to use such a powerful tool as a piece of jewelry, but what does he know anyways - he’s just some guy.

Dragon Age: Lusacan and Dread Wolf Keychain and Bellyflop Plush

If not friend, why friend shaped??? Following the success of the Solas Keychain Plush, we’re expanding the line to include two more adorable-yet-dangerous enemies in both a keychain plush and a bellyflop plush.

Dragon Age: Companion Long Sleeve Shirts

We’ve partnered with the incredible Miss Amethysa to illustrate beautiful pieces inspired by the main characters of Dragon Age: The Veilguard, starting with designs that will be featured on longsleeve shirts inspired by our Bois™️: Davrin, Emmrich, Lucanis, and Solas. More designs are already underway to complete gorgeous options for all of the companions, so fret not – we’ve got Bellara, Harding, Neve, and Taash on the way, too!

Dragon Age: Ita Bag & Pins

Look for too long and you might end up in Thedas yourself with our new Eluvian Lenticular pins, inspired by one of the classic magical modes of transportation. Each pin features artwork of areas you may recall exploring in Dragon Age: The Veilguard (or reading about from a certain well-traveled Brother Genitivi). 

And with a selection of pins already available (the Gloaming Lantern Pin, the Blue Lyrium Dagger Pin, and the Red Lyrium Dagger Pin), we thought there was no better time than now to design a brand new ita bag to take your pins on the go.

Dragon Age: Digital Products

Physical products aside, we’ve started to dip our toes into digital offerings as well, partnering with amazing artists such as Erika Hollice, Mengmeng Liu, and Illustris Models to develop digital art brushes, a digital icon & emoji set, and several 3D Sculpted Cosplay Kits (with a planned limited physical run!).

The team has been hard at work preparing these, and we’re excited to share behind the scenes looks on the development process ahead of their launch.

Iron Widow

Not only is this year Dual Wield Studio's 8th anniversary, but September 21st marks the 5th anniversary of the publication of Iron Widow and we’re celebrating with a fresh wave of products coming soon. 

Unlike our most recent collections and items the stock for these is already ordered in limited quantities, so stay tuned to our socials for further announcements.

Kevin Jay Stanton - Spellswords Armoire

As a follow up to his beautifully designed Sacred Blood Capsule Collection, Kevin Jay Stanton is working on creating a brand new collection with us called Spellswords Armoire, inspired by the extravagance of renaissance paintings and dreamlike Excalibur-vides. This collection features a selection of luxurious apparel items & accessories that’ll drape and adorn every kind of body. More coming in a couple months!

Dual Wield Studio Collections

Even as we focus on creating incredible merchandise for our licensors and partners, we’ve also been hard at work ideating some new themed collections that are planned to release next year.

 

First up (and in no particular order), we’ve got the Astral Collection, combining previous Dual Wield Studio-themed products we’ve made for our holiday giftboxes to staff and partners while utilizing the same starry pattern aesthetic for new merchandise.

 

We also have our Of Knights & Pages Collection in early development - inspired by romantic fantasy tales and medieval iconography & tapestries, and made by (and for) book lovers, featuring artists such as Yoshi Yoshitani and Kaiti Infante.

And last but certainly not least, have you been wanting to be proud but maybe not-so-loud about your secondary gender? Well from one once-closeted Omega to another, our Omegaverse Collegiate Collection will be the perfect way to show off your A/B/O pride without attracting any unwanted attention.
