Our next Artist Spotlight is on buboplague, an illustrator and small business owner. Adri has known buboplague for over a decade (!), starting an online friendship in the early days of LiveJournal and keeping in touch over the years across various platforms. Needless to say, this project has been a very gratifying experience!
Many people may already recognize the Shibari Hands enamel pin. Originally designed in 2016, the pin was a huge hit and had several sold out runs. However, earlier this year, it came to light that there were some bootleg versions of the pin being sold. When we saw the news, we decided there was no better time to work on a new design of the pin with buboplague.
